How I clean my brushes | RT Cleaning gel review

I’m going to review the RT Brush Cleaning gel and and show you the way I clean my brushes, enjoy.

I think I bought this product end of Feb but didn’t actually get to use it until the beginning of this month when I deep cleaned all my brushes. I had to prep them for a wedding, don’t like carrying around dirty brushes, ha. Not going to lie I didn’t really read the packaging until after I used the product. I wanted to finish my No.7 brush cleaner before starting opening the Real Techniques one. So I was actually surprised that it was a gel.

The thick consistency of this gel really helps clean everything, and also means you don’t have to use a lot. I used to use shampoo but after using this gel I don’t think I will ever go back to using shampoo. I would definitely recommend the Real Techniques brush cleaning gel for those who are looking a new cleaner.

How I clean my brushes:

STEP 1: Soak the brush.

STEP 2: Take some gel in your palms and swirl the brush in the gel in circular motion for around 1-2 minutes.

STEP 3: Rub your fingers through the brush and clean under the running water.

STEP 4: Repeat steps 2 and 3 if needed.

REPEAT ALL STEPS WITH ALL BRUSHES. 🙂
